An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of El
Segundo, California, was called to order at 7100 o'.cloek P. M.:on the above
date, in W - Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by Peter E. Binder,
Mayor.

A Mr. Yalliam Palmer called the Council's attention to the proposed
location of.a stook. corral and. barns on Sycamore Avenue - between Sheldon
Street and Eucalyptus Drive, and registered La own and the.objection;of other
property owners adjacent to the proposed location, pointing,ent that, the same
would prove a menace to the peace and health o f the conammity, as well as
