An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of E1
Segundo, California, was called to order at 4:30 o'clock P. 1w. on the above
date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by Peter E.
Binder, 1.ayor.
ROLL CALL.
Councilmen Present: Krimmel, Love, Selb,-- and Binder.
Councilman Absent: Gerow.
Councilman Gerow appeared immediately after the roll call, the hour
beirw 4:35 o'clock P. Y. and took his seat.
Moved by Councilman Love, seconded by Councilman Krimmel, that the
regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried.

The following communications were read and disposed of as indicated:
IRA R. MORRISON, pity Clerk of the City.of Chico, dated September 7th,
1928, inquiring whether or not this City would be interested in having
amendments to the Gasoline Tau Law discussed at the Convention of the
League of California Municipalities, to be held in San Bernardino during
the month of October of this year. By general consent the Clerk was
instructed to inform the City Clerk of Chico that this City is in favor
of a discussion of the subject.
COLORADO RIVER .iCZUz-DUCT ASSOCIATION, announcing; the Annual meeting of
said Association, -to be held at Santa Ana, California, 10:00 o'clock A. 14,
Saturday, September 22nd, 1928. Ordered filed.
At this point, the hour being 4:50 o'clock P. M., Councilman Krimmel was
excused from further attendance at this meeting and he immediately left the
Council Chamber.

be allowed and warrants drawn on and paid out of the respective funds covering

No further business appearing to be transacted at this meeting, it was
moved by Councilman Love, seconded by Councilman Selby, that the meeting adjourn.
