M. on the above date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by Peter E. Binder, Mayor. ROLL CALL. Councilmen Present: Gerow, Selby and Binder. Councilmen Absent: Krimmel and Love. Moved by Councilman Gerow, seconded by Councilman Selby, that the regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried.
