August first, 1928.
An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of El Segundo,
California, was called to order at U15 o'clock P. M., in the Council Chamber
of the City Hall of said City, by the City Clerk, the Yayor being absent.
Councilman Krimmel was unanimously chosen Mayor pro -tem, and he immediately
assumed the duties of the Mayor.

Councilmen Present: Krimmel, Love and Selby.
Councilmen Absent: Gerow and Binder.
Loved by Councilman Selby, seconded by Councilman Love, that the regular
order of business be dispensed with. Carried.
