The minutes of the re vlar meetinti held on the 06th day of April, 1928,
were read. No errors or omissions ap_)earing,, it was moved by Councilman
Gerow, seconded by Councilman Love, that the minutes-be approved as read.

on Odor Survey in the vicinity of El Segundo. Ordered filed.
G. E. ZIM.: e._ ,7, Chief, ?ire Department, City of Coronado, @aliforr_ia,
dated April 9th, 1928, urging attendance of the Fire Chief of this City
and other City Officials at the Convention of Southern California Fire
Chiefs, to be held at Coronado, Yay 18th, 19th, and 20th, 1928. Ordered
filed.
Id. L. 11MOS, dated April 10th, 1928, reGUestin,� that weeds be removed
from portions of California Street, between East Iaple and East Walnut
"venues, and on East ,�alnut avenue between California Street and .irizona
Drive. On motion of Councilman Fsimmel, seconded by Councilman Love, which
carried unanimously, the matter was referred to the Street Superintendent
for attention.
C. II. ELC.n10, District 71-anager, Southern California Edison Company,
Inglewood, California, dated April 9th, 1928, advising' that a local
telen_hone will be installed in said Company's E1 Segundo sub - station, and
that when such installation is completed, the City will be further advised.
=ST G. EUTT, and eight others, a petition dated April 3rd, 1928,
requesting, the City to accept for public street purposes, the Easterly 25.03
feet of Lot 9, Block 98, E1 Segundo Sheet No. 3. Followin€- consideration
of the petition, it xas moved b7r Councilman Krimmel, seconded by Councilman
Cannon, that the City Eneineer of the City of El SeL-undo, be and he is hereby
directed to prepare such data as is necessary to properly describe the
Easterly 25.03 feet of the subdivided portions of Lot 9, 3lock 98, E1 Segundo,
so that deeds may be -ore-oared, conveyine- said parcels of land to the City of
El Segundo for public street purposes, and to furnish such data to the City
�Ittorney of the City of E1 Segundo, who is hereby directed to prepare the
necessary deeds, and to f`ornish the same to the City Clerk for the use of
the respective _-)roperty owners involved. Carried by the followine vote:
