Y. on the above date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, b, Peter E. Binder, Mayor. ROLL CALL. ` Councilmen Present: Krimmel, Love and Binder. Councilmen Absent: Cannon and Gerow. Moved by Councilman Krimmel, seconded by Councilman Love, that the regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried.
