1927 JUN 01 CC MINi2O6 El Segundo, Cal. June 1st, 1927. An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of E1 Segundo, California, was called to order at 4 :40 o'clock P. 3:e on the above date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by Peter E. Binder, President of the Board. ROLL CALL. Trustees Present: Gerow, KrJmme ;, Love and Binder. Trustees Absent: Cannon. Moved by Trustee Love, seconded by Trustee Gerow, that the regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried. Moved by Trustee Gerow, seconded by Trustee Krimmel, that the Street Superintendent be and he is hereby authorized to remove one acacia tree from the North side of Pine Avenue between Loma Vista Street and ,+ iting Street; also four palm trees from in front of the premises No. 533 Whiting Street. Carried. Moved by Trustee Krimmel, seconded by Trustee Love, that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLVED, that J. S. Randall be and he is hereby granted permission to construct sidewalk and curb irj front of his premises No. 707 Hillcrest Avenues, provided such work is per- formed in accordance with sidewalk and curb specifications here- tofore adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of El Segundo, and provided further, that the work is prosecuted and completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent of the City of E1 Segundo; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer of the City of E1 Segundo is hereby authorized and instructed to furnish grade stakes for the doing of said work. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Gerow, Krimmel, Love and Binder. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee Cannon. Moved by Trustee Krimmel, seconded by Trustee Gerow, that George Love be and he is hereby granted permission to remove eucalyptus trees from in front of his premises No. 126 West Collingwood Street. Carried* the parking P. D. Ritch requested permission to remove a tree from/in front of his premises situate No. 411 East Maple Avenue, said tree being located in the center of a proposed driveway into said premises. Moved by Trustee Krimmel, seconded by Trustee Love, that the matter be referred to the City Gardener with instructions to move and replant said tree. Carried.
