An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of El Segundo, California, was called to order at
4x40 o9clock P. X. on the above date, in the Council Chamber
of the City Hall of said City by Peter B. Binder, Mayor.

Councilmen Absents Carmen.
Noved by Councilman Love, seconded by Councilman Gerow,
that the regular order of business be dispensed with.
Carried.

Moved by Councilman Krimmel, seconded by Councilman Gerow,
that the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on and paid
out of the respective Hands covering the same. Carried by the
following vote, to -wits
Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, 8rimnel, Love and Binder.
Noes: Bone.
Absent: Councilman Cannon.
It was moved by Councilman Love seconded by Councilman Hrimmel
_ that I. N. Sumer be and he is hereby granted his customary
annual two weeks vacation, beginning August 15, 1927. Carried by
the following vote to -wits
Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, 8rimmel, Love and Binder.
Noes$ None.
Absent: Councilman Cannon.
It was moved by Councilman Brimmel, seconded by Councilman
Love that Don Fugitt, City Judge, be and he is hereby granted his
customary annual two weeks vacation, beginning August 29, 1927, it

being understood, and agreed, that Joseph VDodie, Justice of
the Peace of Redondo Township will act in the capacity of
City Judge for the City of B1 Segundo, during the said vacation
period. Carried by the following vate to -wit:

Absents Councilman Cannon.
Moved by Councilman Gerow, seconded by Councilman Love
that A. R. Gunn, be granted his customary annual two weeks
vacation, beginning August 229 1927. Carried by the following
vote to -wit:
Ayess Councilmen Gerow, Krimmel, Love and Binder.

Absents Councilman Cannon.
Moved by Councilman, Gerow, seconded by Councilman Brimmel
that the 6treet Superintendent be and he is hereby authorized
and instructed to set posts along a certain portion of the
boundaz�r lines of,, It the Pacific-Electric Railway Co. Right
of WV; orf' s "Cotlic Asretofore adopted, and in agreements
between the City of S1 Segundo and said Railway Co. on file
in the office of the City Clerk. Carried by the following
vote, to -wits

Noess None.
Absents Councilman Cannon.
No further business appearing to be transacted at this .
session it was moved by Councilman Love, seconded by Councilman
Gerow that the meeting adjourn until Thursday the 18th day
of August 1927, at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock P. Y. Carried.
