An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of E1 Segundo, California, was called to order at
4.40 o'clock P.M. on the above date, in the Council Chamber of
the City Hall of said City by Peter E. Binder, President of
the Board.

It was moved by Trustee Gerow, seconded by Trustee Kri±nrnel
that the regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried

Noes: None
Absent:Trustees Carron and Love
Thereuror. the President of the Board stated that in the
absence of Trustee Love on vacation he would anroint Trustee Krir�nel
a nenber of the Committee on Fina ce and Records.
