Y. on the above date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City by Peter Be Binder, President of the Board. ROLL CALL. Trustees Present: Gerow, E.rimmel, Love and Binder. Trustees Absent: Cannon. By general consent the regular order of business was dispensed vith.
