An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
El Segundo, California, was called to order at 4s40 o'clock P. Me dnn the above
date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by Peter E.
Binder, President of the Board.
ROLL CALL.
Trustees Presents -Cannon, Love and Binder.
Trustees Absent: Anderson and Gerow.
By general consent the general order of business was dispensed with.
The following demands, having had the approval of the Committee on

Moved by Trustee Love, seconded by Trustee Cannon, that the demands be
allowed, and warrants drawn and paid out of the respective funds covering the
same. Carried by the following vote:
_ Ayes: Trustees Bannon, Love and Binder.
Noes: None.
Absent: Trustees Anderson and Gerow.
E1 Segundo Lodge No, 507, F. & A. M., having made application through the
City Clerk to substitute the use of the City Hall Auditorium on December 30th,
1925, for the night of December 23rd, 19259 regularly assigned them, and this
matter having been brought to the attention of the Board, it was moved by Trustee
Cannon, seconded by Trustee Love, that this permission be granted. Carried.

The City raigineer, having reported that the improvement of the portion of
Block 34, which it is intended to devote to park purposes, having progressed to
the point where it is desirable to lay the walks, it was moved by Trustee Love,
seconded by Trustee Cannon, that the purchase of decomposed granite and other
materials necessary to lay the walks in the park site in Block 34, be and the same
is hereby authorized at a cost not to exceed 4299.00. Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Cannon, Love and Binder.
17088: None.
Absent: Trustees Anderson and Gerow.
Trustee Gerow appeared at the meeting at this time and immediately took
his seat, the hour being 5 :00 o'clock P. M.
Moved by Trustee Cannon, seconded by Trustee Love, that the purchase of a
camera, with necessary films and equipment, for the use of the Engineering
Department, be and the same is hereby authorized at a cost not to exceed $70000.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Cannon, Gerow, Love and Binder.
Noes: None.
Absents Trustee Anderson.
No further business appearing to be transacted at this meeting, it was
moved by Trustee Love, seconded by Trustee Cannon, that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
