T he City Clerk expressed to the Board his desire to perfect and enlarge the indices to the minutes and ordinances and resolutions of the Board of Trustees, and it was moved --:y Trustee Gerow, seconded by Trustee Anderson, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to purchase filing cabinet, index cards and other equipment necessary for the proper indexing of the minutes, ordinances and resolutions, all at a cost not to exceed 485.00. Carried by the following vote: ayes: Trustees Anderson, Gerow and Binder. hoes: irons.
