An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of El
Segundo, California, was called to order at 4140 o'clock P. L:e on the above date
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City by Peter E. Binder, President
of the Board.

Moved b:7 Trustee Cannon, seconded by Trustee Love, that the regular order of
business be dispensed with. Carried.

Loved by Trustee Cannon, seconded by Trustee Love, that the following
resolution be adopted:
R.00LVED, that, until the further order of this Board, the
City :.'n ineer be and he is hereby authorize to erpley as
chainman in his Department, when such services are needed
and while such necessity exists, I:r. L. C. Scales, whose
compensation is hereby fixed at 62¢ per hour for time actually
employed as such chairman.
