Loved by Trustee Cannon, seconded by Trustee Love, that the following resolution be adopted: R.00LVED, that, until the further order of this Board, the City :.'n ineer be and he is hereby authorize to erpley as chainman in his Department, when such services are needed and while such necessity exists, I:r. L. C. Scales, whose compensation is hereby fixed at 62¢ per hour for time actually employed as such chairman. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Anderson, Cannon, Love and Binder.
