1925 AUG 31 CC MINEl Segundo, California, August 31,1925 An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of El Segundo was called to order at 5 o'ofock P.b. on the above date in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City by Peter E.Binder, President of the Board. Trustees Presents Cannon, Gerow, Love Binder. Trustees Absents Anderson Moved by Trustee Gerow, seconded by Trustee Love, that the regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried. Carried by the following votes Ayes: Cannon,Gerow, Love Binder Noes s Bone Absents Anderson City Marshal Hutchins confirmed the appointment of J.E.Prevo as Deputy Marshal which appointment was made by Acting City Marshal Jones during the ab- Bence of City Marshal Hutchins on vacation. Moved by Trustee Gerow, seconded by Trustee Cannon, that the office of Right of Way Agent be abolished as of midnight on the 4th day: ±of September,1925 and that the services of Harold D.Dale as such Right of Way Agent and compensa- tion allowed him in such capacity or in any other manner be terminated as of the s,-me time and date.
