N.,,b, he C ty Clerk, the President of the Board being absent. Trustee Shiley was unanimously chosen President pro -tem and he.immediately assumed the duties of the President. ROLL CALL., TRUSTERS PRESENT= Gerow, Rueger and Smiley. TRUSTEES ABSENT: Binder and Love. Moved by Trustee Rueger, seconded by Trustee Gerow, that the regular cinder of business be dispensed with. Absent: Trustees Binder and Love. 237 a Moved by Trustee Rueger, seconded by Trustee Gerow, that the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to make terms with and employ a Sanitary and Sewer Engineer to assist him in connection with the planning of a public sewer system for the City of E1 Segundo and to report his action to the Board of Trustees. Carried by the following vote: Ages: Trustees Gerow, Rueger and Smiley. Noes: None. Absent: Trustees Binder and Love. �^ Trustee Binder appeared at the meeting at this point, the hour being 11:30 o'clock A. M. and took his seat. No further business appearing to be transacted at this session, it mas moved by Trustee Rueger, seconded by Trustee Gerow, that the meeting adjourn until Monday, the 21st day of April, 1924, at the hour of 7 :00 o'clock P.
