Discussion was had relative to the traffic difficulties
on -1 Segundo Avenue in the vicinity of j:ichriond Street about the
hour o 4:00 o' clocl: r . I.. on working days when employees are
leaving; the Standard Oil ZompanyT refinery, during which discussion
the C`i ty Iuarshal informed the Board that the mar .ings on the
curbs a_ °e practically obliterated It vr:�s then moved by Trustee
.uegey, seconded by `rustee Davis, that the follovrin�r resolution
be ado,Dted:
"RESOLVED, That the Street Su- perintendent be
and he is hereby authorized and instructed to have
repainted the red marks on the curbs near the
intersections of all streets throughout the city
wherever such marks are not distinct and that said
red marks be bordered with white paint, and
