An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City
of E1 Segundo, California, was called to order at 12:00 o'clock Noon
on the above date by the City Clerk, the President of the Board being
absent,
ROLL CALL.
Trustees Present: Bryson, Davis and Smiley.
Trustees Absent. Binder and Rueger.

Bryson be appointed President pro -tem. Carried.

order of business be dispensed with. Carried.

Moved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee Davis, that
Street Superintendent Al R. Gunn be granted two weeks' vacation
commencing September 6th, 1921 and ending September 19th, 1921.
Carried by the following, vote:
Ayes: Trustees Bryson, Davis and Smiley.
Noes: None.
Absent: Trustees 3inder and Rueger.
.L:oved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee i)avis, that the
Liasonic Lodge of E1 Segundo be granted use of the city Hall
Auditorium on the evening of September 30th, 1921, rental charge to
be $3.75. Carried.
No further business appearing to be transacted at this
session, it was moved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee Davis,
that the meeting adjourn until Tuesday, the 6th day of September,
1921, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock P. Li. Carried.
