A special meeting of the 3-oard of }rustees of the City of El
Segundo was called to order at 4 :15 o'clock _'. ;.:. on the above date in
the Council Chamber of the City hall, pursuant to call of the President,
_,nd notice duly given each Trustee as provided by law, President Rue --er
presiding.

Trustees Absent : Smiley.
I::oved by Trustee Binder, seconded by Trustee ;ryson, that the
regular order of business be dispensed with. Carrie,.
The Clerk presented to the Board the application of the Standard
Oil Company in proper form for permission to move a one stry frame
building from a point on their property east of arena Street to a point
on their property '.- ,'( -!st of Virginia Street; said building in cou_ ,.,e of
removal to traverse E1 Segundo Avenue. Deposit of fees required by
Ordinances .io. 28 and 70 accompanied said application.
Moved by "Trustee Bryson, seconded by Trustee Davis that such ,permit
be wanted. Carried.
