E1 Segundo, Cal. October 2, 1920.
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
E1 Segundo was called to order at 12:05 o'clock P. K. on the above date
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, pursuant to call of the
President and notice duly given each Trustee as provided by law,
President Rueger presiding. The City Clerk being absent, the Chair
appointed Trustee Davis City Clerk pro tem. —
ROLL CALL.
Trustees Present: Davis, Smiley and Rueger.
Trustees Absent: Binder and Bryson.
Moved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee Davis, that the
regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried.
Moved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee Davis to grant
the application of E. V. Miller to move the Foundation Company's
office into the Standard Oil yard. Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Davis, Smiley and Rueger.
Noes: None,
Absent: Trustees Binder and Bryson.
Moved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee Davis that the
meeting adjourn. Carried.
