The City Engineer presented for consideration profiles of the grades
for iLain and RiAmond Streets. The same were considered -by the Hoard;
the ;,lain Street grade receiving its approval; approval of the Richmond
Street grade being withheld pending further consideration.
PAYING BILLS.
The City Attorney reported that the proceedings in connection with
the purchase of Lot 11, Block 21, of E1 Segundo, were about complete and
he suggested that the Board have deposited with the Title Insurance and
Trust Company the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS, (1890.00) , which
would be the final payment on said lot, together with TED DOLLARS,
10.00), to cover City's portion of the escrow expenses.
Moved by Trustee Smiley, seconded by Trustee Vandervort, that the
President of the Board and the City Clerk-be and they are hereby
authorized to draw a warrant on the general fund in the sum of EIGHT
VIDRED NINETY DOLLARS, Q69040) , for use in the escrow Estate of
William Schmolze to City of El Segundo, said warrant to be made payable
to the Title Insurance and Trust Company.
