An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
E1 Segundo, Cal., was called to order at 12 :00 o'clock noon on the above
date in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, by Sydney R. liartin, Pres-
ident of the Board.

Trustees absent: Smiley and Work.
Loved by Trustee lVard, seconded by Trustee Bryson, that
the regular
order of business be dispensed with. Carried.
