An adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
E1 Segundo, was called to order in the City Hall at 12:00 o'clock noon
on the above date by Carl Ernest Rueger, President of the Board.

Trustees absent: Martin and Ward..

Zioved by Trustee Bryson, seconded 13y Trustee Coward, that the reading
of the minutes of the previous meeting be dispensed with. 8arri ed.
WRITTEN COT=NICATIONS.
An apTlication for employment as an auditor of the accounts of the
Chty was received from Arthur M. Loomis, and read.
Moved by Trustee Bryson seconded by Trustee Coward, that the communicat-
ion be filed. Carried.
Trustee Martin appeared and took his seat at the hour of 12 :10 P.
The ap-- -lications of Arthur 1:1. Loomis and W. D. Hamman were then consid-
ered and it was moved by Trustee Bryson, seconded by Trustee Martin, that
Arthur 11. Loomis be employed to make an audit of the City accounts. Carried
by the f oll oring vote:
