The minutes of the previous meeting were read.No errors or omissions
being noted,Trustee Smiley moved that they be adopted. Trustee ;uartin
seconded the motion,and upon Vote the same carried.
WRITTEN, COMXNICATIONS.
The Goodrich Rubber Company stated in a letter received by the Clerk on
the 21st of Nov.,with a lading bill enclosed showing the shipment of 20
railroad signs ordered for the City from the Salifornia Corrugated Co.,
that they had also ordered pos*a and anchors which would enable the erect-
ion of signs.

City Attorney stated after hearing Kr.Gannon and 1rr.Polick speak of
Plumbing Ordinance for the City that he would set a time for the gentlemen
to consult with him,after they had drafted plans for same so that they might
consolidate ideas and draft an Ordinance suitable to the needs of a growing
City.

January 1st of each year beginning with January lst,1919, and for a period
of twelve years;then six of said bonds on the same day of each year there-
after for a period of eight years;thet they bear interest at the rate of
six per centum per annum,payable semi - annually; also a statement that the
right to reject any and all bids is reserved by t?,e Board of Trustees. The

moved the adoption of the following resolution,the motion being seconded
by Trustee "lard:
"WHEREAS a certain map of Tract T-',--13103,situated in the City of El Segundo
County of Los Angeles Stbbe of California,has been submitted to the Board
of Trustees of said City for its approval,and
WHEREAS said map has been submitted to the City Engineer of said City
and said official has reported favorably thereon,and

particulars.
ITOW TI1E%EYORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the said map of said Tract 7 #3103, be
and the same is hereby approved by this Board.
