'_regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of -El Segundo was called to order in the City fall at 7 :30 o'clock P. on the above date by President Rueger. - ROLL CALL. President Rueger remarked that the dogs in the city were quite a nuis- ance and that many were running in the streets without having license tags attached. The .arshal was then instructed to compel every dog owner to secure a license as provided in the ordinance. President ?ueper remarked also concerning the operation of slot nachines in the city. These devices being in disfavor with the Board, the -- arshal was instructed to request those operating them to discontinue.
