Regularmeeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of El Segundo
was held in the City Hall on the above date, being Ualled to order at
7:30 o'clock p. By president Rueger.
ROLL CALL.
Trustees present: Coward, Uartin and Rueger.
Trustees absent: Smiley and Ward.

appearing, it was moved by Trustee Coward, seconded by 'Trustee L►artin,

Health Officer Davis reported that he had been having difficulty
having the garbage properly collected, due to the failure of 17m. G.
Lewis to perform the work and his continued absence from the city.
Trustee T:iartin then introduced the following resolution:
RESOLVED that 1Ym. G. Lewis be and he is hereby discharged as gar-
bage collector for the City of E1 Segundo, said discharge to take effect
iranediately and that the matter compensation to be paid for services
rendered to date, be referred to the Board of Health for its recommend-
ation.
Trustee ;;:artin then moved the adoption of the above resolution,
which was seconded by Trustee Coward, and the same carried.

Lewis, be, and he is hereby appointed garbage and rubbish collector for
the City of E1 SeMundo, to hold said position at the pleasure of the

of Trustees in enforcing the moral laws of the State.
