Addendum No. 1 to Master Subscription Agreement

This Addendum is made on ("the Effective Date") by and between Zoho Corporation, a
California corporation having its principal place of business at4141 Hacienda Drive, Pleasanton,
CA 94588 ("Zoho") and City of El Segundo, a Municipal Corporation and general law city having its
principal place of business at 350 Main St. I El Segundo, CA 90245 ("Subscriber").
WHEREAS, Zoho and Subscriber have previously entered into a Master Subscription Agreement
dated 13 April 2026 ("the Agreement") wherein Subscriber has subscribed to certain On -Demand
Service(s);
WHEREAS, the parties desires to include additional product under Exhibit E of the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows:
1. Exhibit E shall include:
Subtotal : 4,225.00
Grand Total (USD $) : 4,225.00
2. Except as otherwise provided for in this Addendum, the Agreement is unchanged and shall
remain in full force and effect.
