Addendum No. 1 to the Software License Agreement
This Addendum is made on 17-Mar-2026 ("the Effective Date") by and between Zoho
Corporation a California corporation having its principal place of business at 4141 Hacienda Drive,
Pleasanton, CA 94588 (" Zoho") and City of El Segundo, a Municipal Corporation and general law
city having its principal place of business at 350 Main St. I El Segundo, CA 90245 (" Licensee").
WHEREAS, Zoho and Licensee have previously entered into a Software License Agreement dated
22 - Oct 2025 ("the Agreement') wherein Licensee acquired license to Licensed Software
WHEREAS, Licensee desires to include additional products under Exhibit A of the Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows:
1. Exhibit A: Exhibit A shall include

2. Except as otherwise provided for in this Addendum, the Agreement is unchanged and shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Addendum to be executed by their
respective duly authorized representatives. All copies of this agreement, signed by both parties,
shall be deemed originals.
