THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 6248 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND BLUEBEAM,
TH�IS TH�IRD AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 6248 ("Agreement") is
made and entered into this 5th day of February 2025i, by and between the CITY 01F EL
SEGUNDO, a general law city and; municipal corporation existing under the laws of
California ("'CITY"'), and Bluebearn, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CONSULTANT"). The
parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section, 8.4 (Term and Term !:I nation) of the Agreement, the term of the
Agreement is extended to January 26, 2027.

3, This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of whiich
will, be an original, but all of which together constitutes one, instrument executed on
the same date. In accordance ithl Government Code §16.5, the parties agree that
this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered
by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects
as having the same effect as an original signature. CONSULTANT warrants that its
s,ignaitiory (or signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has the legal authority
to enter thiis Amendment and bind CONSULTANT aiccordiingily,
