Chair Wagner called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to order at CALL TO ORDER
5:30 p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main Street, El
Segundo, California.
Commissioner Newman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PLEDGE TO FLAG

Commissioner Newman moved, seconded by Commissioner Nisley, to approve MOTION
the August 23, 2012 Minutes. Motion carried (5-0). '
Chair Wagner presented Agenda Item E-2, Environmental Assessment No. EA- EA-970 and Off -site
970 and Off -site Parking Covenant MISC No. 12-02. 'Applicant: Tait & Associates, Parking Covenant MISC
Inc. — Greg Fick. Address: 2240 — 2260 East Imperial Highway. Property Owner: No. 12-02
Kilroy Realty Finance Partnership.
Principal Planner Paul Samaras presented the staff report (of record.)
Commissioner Newman moved, seconded by Commissioner Nisley, to approve MOTION
