Chairman Wagner called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to order CALL TO ORDER
at 7:00 p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main Street, El
Segundo, California.
Chairman Wagner led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PLEDGE TO FLAG
PRESENT: WAGNER, BALDINO and FELLHAUER ROLL CALL
ABSENT: NEWMAN and BARBEE

COMMUNICATIONS
Chair Wagner presented the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Baldino Pulled Item E-1 requesting that the May 27, 2010, CALL ITEMS FROM
Minutes reflect on Stamped Page 005 that he recused himself from participating CONSENT
in Agenda Item EA-859 for potential conflict of interest due to the proximity of his
residence to the site.
Chairman Wagner moved, seconded by Commissioner Fellhauer, to approve the MOTION
May 27, 2010, Minutes. Motion carried (3-0).

Chair Wagner presented Agenda Item H-2. Environmental Assessment No. EA- NEW BUSINESS —
863, Zone Text Amendment No 10-03, and Development Agreement No. 10-01 EA-863; ZTA 10-03 and
(Fourth Amendment to Development Agreement No. 03-01 for EA-631) PLAZA DA 10-01
EL SEGUNDO DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Applicant: Daniel Crosser - PES
Partners, LLC. Property Owner: PES Partners, LLC. Address: 710 - 850 South
Sepulveda Boulevard; 700-740 Allied Way; 2003-2015 East Park Place (generally
the northeast corner of Sepulveda Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue)
Principal Planner Paul Samaras presented the staff report (of record.)
Chair Wagner inquired if the Farmer's Market was a City -operated Farmer's
Market.
Mr. Samaras stated that it is a private Farmer's Market that contracts with the
property owner.
Dan Crosser, property owner and partner representing Plaza El Segundo

Mr. Crosser gave a brief statement about the project and stated that he is
available to answer questions.

Vice Chair Fellhauer moved, seconded by Commissioner Baldino to approve MOTION
Resolution No. 2676 approving Environmental Assessment No. EA-863, Zone
Text Amendment No 10-03, and Development Agreement No. 10-01 (Fourth
Amendment to Development Agreement No. 03-01 for EA-631) PLAZA EL
SEGUNDO DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Motion carried (3-0).
None.

CONTINUED BUSINESS
Planning and Building Safety Director Carpenter stated that the June 24th meeting REPORT FROM
is cancelled and the next regularly scheduled meeting will be in July. PLANNING AND
BUILDING SAFETY
DIRECTOR
Vice Chair Fellhauer stated that she looked forward to meeting Mr. Barbee.
None.
Chairman Wagner adjourned the meeting. Motion carried (3-0)
