Chair Frick called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 CALL TO ORDER
p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main Street, El
Segundo, California.
Chair Frick led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
PRESENT: FRICK, WAGNER, FUENTES, FELLHAUER, and ROTOLO

Chair Frick presented the Consent Calendar.

Vice -Chair Wagner moved, seconded by Commissioner Fellhauer, to approve MOTION
the April 10, 2008, Minutes as submitted. Motion carried (5-0).

Chair Frick presented Agenda Item H-2; Environmental Assessment No. EA-643 NEW BUSINESS -
and Subdivision No. 04-05 (VTM No. 61110). Applicant: Steven Legare. PUBLIC HEARING
Owner: Mary -Gene Slaven; Address: 425 and 429 Indiana Street.
Planning Building Manger Kim Christensen presented the staff report (of record.)
Elizabeth Srour, representative of the applicant
Ms. Srour indicated that she was present to answer any questions regarding the
map extension request.
