Chair Frick called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 CALL TO ORDER
p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main Street, El
Segundo, California.
Chair Frick led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
PRESENT: WAGNER, FRICK, ROTOLO and FUENTES
ABSENT: FELLHAUER
None.
Chair Frick presented the Consent Calendar.

Vice -Chair Wagner moved, seconded by Commissioner Rotolo to approved the MOTION
July 12, 2007, Minutes as submitted. Motion carried (4-0).
Chair Frick presented Agenda Item E-2, Environmental Assessment No. 770 and
Administrative Use Permit No. 07-07. Applicant: Pat Ayau. Property Owner:
Force El Segundo, LLC. Address: 307, 309, and 331 North Sepulveda
Boulevard.
Kim Christensen presented the Staff Report which included a brief description of
the property and the proposed monument signs for the commercial development
that is currently under construction.
Vice -Chair Wagner moved, seconded by Commissioner Rotolo to receive and MOTION
filed Environmental Assessment No. 770 and Administrative Use Permit No. 07-
07. Motion carried (3-1).
