Chair Frick called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 CALL TO ORDER
p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main Street, El
Segundo, California.
Chair Frick led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
PRESENT: FELLHAUER, WAGNER, FRICK and FUENTES
ABSENT: ROTOLO
None.
Chair Frick presented the Consent Calendar.
None.

Vice -Chair Wagner moved, seconded by Commissioner Fellhauer to approve the MOTION
June 28, 2007, Minutes as submitted. Motion carried (4-0).
Chair Frick presented Agenda Item E-2, Environmental Assessment No. 753 and
Administrative Use Permit No. 07-05. Applicant: Elizabeth Valerio. Property
Owner: Force El Segundo, LLC. Address: 307 North Sepulveda Boulevard.
Commissioner Fellhauer moved, seconded by Vice -Chair Wagner to approve MOTION
Environmental Assessment No. 753 and Administrative Use Permit No. 07-05,
Resolution No. 2625. Motion carried (4-0).

Planning Director Chicots welcomed the new Planning Commissioner; Suzanne
Fuentes.
Planning Manager Ms. Christensen stated that July 26, 2007 Planning
Commission Meeting has been adjourned, and that the next meeting will be on
August 9, 2007.

Vice -Chair Wagner and Commissioner Fellhauer stated that they will not be PLANNING
attending the August 9, 2007 Planning Commission meeting. COMMISSIONERS
COMMENTS
Commissioner Fellhauer moved to adjourn, Vice -Chair Wagner seconded. MOTION
Motion carried (4-0).
The meeting adjourned at 7:04 p.m. ADJOURNMENT
