Madame Cheryl Frick called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to CALL TO ORDER
order at 7:00 p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main
Street, El Segundo, California.
Chairperson Frick led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PLEDGE TO FLAG
PRESENT: ROTOLO, FRICK, FELLHAUER ROLL CALL
ABSENT: WAGNER

Chairperson Frick presented the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Rotolo moved, seconded by Commissioner Felihauer to approve
the April 26, 2007, Minutes as submitted. Motion carried 3-0. MOTION

Assistant Planner Alexis Schopp presented the staff report of record.
Cheryl Vargo — Applicant representative
Stated they worked with staff quite a bit since 1190 since the project initially
approved with the Handicap State Law requirements, project as designed meets
or exceeds the standards, and will look very attractive.
Chairperson Frick stated that the Resolution on item I should read, August 23,
1990 instead of August 23, 2007.
1 Commissioner Rotolo stated that it would have been interesting to see the
`J original architectural style to compare, but thought the building looks sharp and
would be a great addition to the community.

Commissioner Fellhauer motion, second by Commissioner Rotolo
recommending the approval of Resolution No 2623 approving Environmental
Assessment No. 730 and Subdivision No. 06-08, Parcel Map No. 21918 located
at 203 Whiting Street regarding the modification building design of a previously
approved development plans. Motion carried 3-0 MOTION
None.

Chairperson Frick commented to everyone to have a wonderful Memorial Day.
Chairperson Frick motion to adjourn, Commissioner Fellhauer seconded. 3-0
The meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
