Vice Chairman Wagner called the El Segundo Planning Commission meeting to CALL TO ORDER
order at 7:00 p.m. in the El Segundo City Hall's Council Chambers, 350 Main
Street, El Segundo, California.
Commissioner Fellhauer led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PLEDGE TO FLAG
PRESENT: ROTOLO, WAGNER, FELLHAUER ROLL CALL
ABSENT: FRICK

COMMUNICATIONS
Vice Chairman Wagner presented the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Fellhauer moved, seconded by Commissioner Rotolo, to approve
the March 22, 2007, Minutes as submitted. Motion carried 3-0. MOTION

Vice Chairman Wagner presented Environmental Assessment No. EA-735 and NEW BUSINESS -
Subdivision No. 06-09 and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 66399 Applicant. PUBLIC HEARING
Matt Crabbs; Property Owner: CRS, LLC; Address 149 Standard Street.
Assistant Planner Maria Baldenegro presented the staff report of record.
The applicant's representative, Bunny Srour, stated that the applicant agrees
with the staff recommendation and conditions of approval.
Commissioner Rotolo motion to approve Resolution No. 2622, seconded by
Commissioner Fellhauer. 3-0 MOTION

Planning Manager Christensen stated that the May 10, 2007 Planning
Commission Meeting has been adjourned and stated that there would be several
items on the following regularly scheduled meeting on May 24, 2007. She also
proposed information regarding upcoming Planning Commission Training
through UCLA Extension and asked the Commissioner, to contact her if they are
interested in attending.
Commissioner Rotolo requested for future dates to be posted.
Classes will be held quarterly and dates addressed at a later date.
None.
