D. STAFF PRESENTATIONS
Memorandum of Understanding (Contract No. 7485) Between the City of El
Segundo and the El Segundo Police Officers' Association: Adopt Resolution
No. 5575 approving and adopting the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
between the City of El Segundo and the El Segundo Police Officers' Association
(ESPOA). Appropriate $417,913 from General Fund Reserves for FY 2025-26 to
the various payroll budget accounts.
MOTION by Council Member Keldorf, SECONDED by Council Member Giroux to
adopt a Resolution approving and adopting the Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) between the City of El Segundo and the El Segundo Police Officers'
Association (ESPOA) and to Appropriate $417,913 from General Fund Reserves for
FY 2025-26 to the various payroll budget accounts.
