Service(s) in the original Agreement to which this Addendum applies, pro -rated accordingly where applicable. All terms
and conditions of Service from the original Agreement shall apply to the Service(s) added through this Addendum, and
unless otherwise specifically noted herein, all other portions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall use the definitions applied to them in the original
