1. Cultural Arts Master Plan
The Committee reviewed the Cultural Arts Master Plan. MOTION by Vice
Chairperson Palmer SECONDED by Member Burrell, approving the Cultural
Arts Master Plan with the discussed revisions. MOTION PASSED. 11/0
2. ACC Budget
Director of Recreation, Parks, and Library Aly Mancini reviewed the ACC
budget for FY 25-26. MOTION by Vice Chairperson Palmer, SECONDED by
Chairperson Pickhaver approving the Proposed ACC Budget for FY 25-26
with the discussed revisions. MOTION PASSED. 11/0
3. Juneteenth Impact Report
No report or discussion.
4. Black In Mayberry's Grant Application
No report or discussion.

5. El Segundo Art Walk 2025 (Item moved up the agenda before item Al)
John McCullough spoke about the origin, brief history, and overall focus and
mission of the El Segundo Art Walk. Mr. McCullough discussed budget,
allocations, and the incorporation of Augmented Reality for the 2025 El
Segundo Art Walk. The Committee asked questions regarding vendors,
stages, artist/business fees, profit, and economic impact. Mr. McCullough
provided additional information.
