• Review of City and Department's Strategic Plan documents to
understand priorities and determine if resources were sufficient
for established goals

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Baker Tilly completed a draft report with 32 recommendations
for the Department to improve efficiencies and operations
• Baker Tilly recommended the addition of three staffing positions
including:
• Administrative Services Manager
• Recreation Coordinator- Nights and weekends
• Park Maintenance Worker -Additional support for parks and fields
maintenance
