General Overview
• This project will repair distressed walls, fence posts and court surface
cracking cosmetically throughout Recreation Park.
• Total of 97 locations across courts, bleacher areas, clubhouse area,
Stevenson Field and other walkways & stairways will be repaired.
• Method of repairs: By utilizing an epoxy for these types of applications
• Scope of work
• Removal of damaged concrete
• Removal of corroded fence posts
• Concrete replacement
• Repair/replacement of damaged fence posts
• Repair of developed surface cracks in the courts

• Extend facility lifetime by stopping water intrusion and avoiding
further damage
• Strengthening the walls
