Occurs subsequent to the signing of that contract or agreement; and b. Arises out of "your products" that are distributed or sold in the regular course of such vendors business. The insurance provided to such vendor is subject to the following provisions: a. The limits of insurance provided to such vendor wild be the minimum limits that you agreed to provide in the written contract or agreement, or the limits shown in the Declarations, whichever are less. b.
