SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 6697 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
EDGEWOOD VENTURES, LLC DBA SIDEBAR SUMMIT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 6697 ("Agreement") is
made and entered into this 1st day of July 2025, by and between the CITY OF EL
SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of
California ("CITY"), and Edgewood Ventures, LLC dba Sidebar Summit, a California
Liability Company ("CONSULTANT'). The parties agree as follows:
1. The consideration Section 1(C) will be amended to increase the total amount of the
Agreement by $25,000 per fiscal year, so that the total, not -to -exceed amount of
the Agreement is $50,000.
2. The term as stated in Section 7 will be amended to extend the Agreement to June
30, 2026.
3. The scope of services Section 2(A) will be amended per attached Exhibit "A."
4. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which
will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on
the same date. In accordance with Government Code §16.5, the parties agree that
this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is
delivered by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all
respects as having the same effect as an original signature. CONSULTANT
warrants that its signatory (or signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has the
legal authority to enter this Amendment and bind CONSULTANT accordingly.
5. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain the same.

Sidebar Summit will set up two high quality events with influential
leaders and visionaries from the entrepreneurial and venture
community.
• Each event will include either a keynote speaker or a panel
discussion with a moderator.
o All speakers/panelists/moderators must be influential
leaders from the entrepreneurial and venture community.
• Sidebar Summit will be solely responsible for all pre -event
logistics and day -of -event setup, including event promotion,
marketing, managing RSVPs, securing event furniture (chairs
and tables), A/V needs, signage and venue coordination.
• City of El Segundo's logo to be included on invitations,
marketing materials, social media, and website
