FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 6148
BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
FINANCIAL CREDIT NETWORK
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 21St day of July
2025, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and FINANCIAL CREDIT NETWORK, a
California corporation ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 34 of Agreement No. 6148 ("Agreement"), the term of the
Agreement described in Section 7 is extended to June 30, 2026.
2. Section 1(C) is amended to increase the compensation payable by CITY to
CONSULTANT by $45,000, for a total not to exceed amount for the Agreement of
$225,000. This additional compensation is limited to the extended term set forth in
Section 1, above.
3, This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date. In accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this
Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by
electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as
having the same effect as an original signature.
4, Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 6148 will remain the same.
