SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO
LICENSE AGREEMENT NO. 4698 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
THE EL SEGUNDO NURSERY SCHOOL GROUP
1, THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 4698 (the
"Agreement") is made and entered into this 1" day of July 2025, by and between the CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of
California ("CITY"), and THE EL SEGUNDO NURSERY SCHOOL GROUP, a non-profit
organization ("LICENSEE"). The parties agree as follows:
2. Pursuant to Agreement Section 25, Agreement Section 3 of the License is amended to
extend the Agreement's term through June 30, 2028.
3. Pursuant to Agreement Section 25, Agreement Section 5 is amended to increase the License
fee payable by LICENSEE to CITY to a sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for
Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
4. Pursuant to Agreement Section 25, Agreement Section 5 is amended to increase the License
fee payable by LICENSEE to CITY to a sum of Two Thousand Fifty Dollars ($2,050.00)
for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.
5. Pursuant to Agreement Section 25, Agreement Section 5 is amended to increase the License
fee payable by LICENSEE to CITY to a sum of Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars
($2,100.00) for Fiscal Year 2027/2028, which will total $6,150 over 3 years.
6. Pursuant to Agreement Section 25, Exhibit "A," and Exhibit " B" as amended and replaced
by Attachment 2 to this Amendment, which is incorporated herein by reference.
7. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be an
original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date. In
accordance with Government Code § 16.5, the parties agree that this Amendment will be
considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic transmission.
Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an
original signature. CONSULTANT warrants that its signatory (or signatories, as applicable)
to this Amendment has the legal authority to enter this Amendment and bind
CONSULTANT accordingly.
8. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain the same.

ATTACHMENT 2
Scope of Service
License Agreement No. 4698 between the City of El Segundo
and the E1 Segundo Nursery School Group
LICENSEE agrees to provide the following services at CITY'S George E. Gordon Clubhouse
Drop -In Room, Classroom A, Classroom B and Office:
1. Certified and/or trained staff to operate programs offered by The El Segundo Nursery
School Group.
CITY agrees that LICENSEE may utilize the following annual schedule:
September to June:
• Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (8:30am-12:30pm).
• Parent Meetings on the 2❑d Tuesday of the month (7:OOpm-8:30pm).
• One morning during graduation week in the multipurpose room.
Payment Schedule
1. Total amount will be payable in installments of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month
during the months of September through June for FY 2025-2026.
2. Total amount will be payable in installments of Two Hundred Five Dollars ($205.00) per
month during the months of September through June for FY 2026-2027.
3. Total amount will be payable in installments of Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($210.00) per
month during the months of September through June for FY 2027-2028.
