(Hereinafter "Seller"), being provided selling space at the El Segundo Certified Farmers'
Market (the "Market"), agrees to the following terms and condition:
1, Seller will at all times operate in accordance with and fully comply with these
Market Rules, California Administrative Code, Title 3, Division 3, Chapter 1,
Subchapter 4, Article 6.5 Direct Marketing, and all Federal, State, County and
City statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders.
2. Seller will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of El Segundo
Council, each member thereof, present and future, its officers, agents and
Employees from and against any and all liability, expenses, including defense
Costs and legal fees, and claims for damages whatsoever, including, but not
Limited to, those arising from breach of contract, bodily injury, death, personal
Injury, property damage, loss of use, or property loss however the same may
Be caused and regardless of the responsibility for negligence.
3. Seller hereby assumes liability and financial responsibility for any accident,
Injury or property damage resulting from failure to comply with any of the
Market rules.
I HEREBY STATE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO
FOLLOW ALL RULES AND PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN THIS COPY OF THE
EL SEGUNDO MARKET RULES. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO
CONFORM TO SAID RULES AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN THE
PRIVILEGE OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE MARKET BEING REVOKED.
