This letter Amendment ("Amendment') is being provided in response to your termination notice provided
to CentralSquare on July 25, 2025, regarding Centerline AI. As we understand, the evaluation period
provided did not afford your agency with enough time to evaluate Centerline Al adequately. Accordingly,
CentralSquare provides this letter to offer an extension on the evaluation period. This Amendment amends
Agreement No. 7302, Quote-214461, to extend the evaluation period of Centerline Al until August 31,
2025. If CentralSquare does not receive a notice of termination on or before September 1, 2025, payment
shall be due in full on September 2, 2025. Further, this Amendment shall revoke the July 25, 2025
termination notice. If this Amendment is accepted, please sign in the space provided below. If this
Amendment is not accepted, no ftirther action will be needed by your agency and we will process the
termination as requested.
