FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 6896 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
E-BIKE SENSE, LLC
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 6896 (the "Agreement") is
made and entered into this Yd day of June 2025, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a
general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and
E-BIKE SENSE, LLC, ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
Agreement Section 5 is amended to update Agreement's term to March 27, 2025,
through June 30, 2026.
2. The Agreement's scope of services is amended to include those services and fee
specified in Attachment 1 to this Amendment, which is incorporated by reference.
The Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date
4. In accordance with Government Code § 16. 5, the parties agree that this Amendment
will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by electronic
transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all respects as having the
same effect as an original signature. CONSULTANT warrants that its signatory (or
signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has the legal authority to enter this
Amendment and bind CONSULTANT accordingly.
5. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 6896 will remain the same.

ATTACHMENT 1
Proposal for E-Bike Sense Safety Training Price Adjustment
This proposal outlines an upcoming adjustment to the cost of our 2-hour a -bike safety training
sessions.
Effective June 1, 2025, the price per a -bike safety training session will increase from $200 to
$250. This adjustment is necessary to cover rising operational costs and to continue providing
high -quality, comprehensive training.
