THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 6513 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
ENTERPRISE SECURITY, INC.
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 6513 ("Agreement") is
made and entered into this 16th day of June 2025, by and between the CITY OF EL
SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of
California ("CITY"), and ENTERPRISE SECURITY, INC., a California corporation
("CONTRACTOR"). The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Section 18 (Authority/Modification) of the Agreement, Section 2 (Term)
of the Agreement is modified to extend the term to be July 1, 2025 to June 30,
2026.
2. Pursuant to Section 18 (Authority/Modification) of the Agreement, Section 1
(Consideration) of the Agreement is modified to increase the total compensation
payable to CONTRACTOR by $45,000 for the extended term (July 1, 2025 to June
30, 2026) for a new total amount not to exceed of $180,000.
3. Pursuant to Section 18 (Authority/Modification) of the Agreement, Exhibit "A" of the
Agreement is modified to include the updated fee schedule, scope, and other
terms as set forth in Attachment 1 to this Amendment and incorporated herein by
reference.
4. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which
will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on
the same date. In accordance with Government Code §16.5, the parties agree that
this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is
delivered by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all
respects as having the same effect as an original signature. CONTRACTOR
warrants that its signatory (or signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has
the legal authority to enter this Amendment and bind CONTRACTOR accordingly.
5. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain the same.

SERVICE / SUPPORT RATES
Standard Service Support: Ph. 714-630-9100 (24 Hours)
Normal Service: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm
The Service Department will respond via phone and/or email with initial technical support and/or an ETA for a dispatched technician
within 24-48 hours of receiving a standard service request. The response time will vary depending on the number of all open requests
including those from Full Service Agreement Clients. An authorizers person must place the call..

CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and Fire Systems ............... $220.00 per hour (2-hour min., plus travel)

Full Service Agreement:
Customers pay a monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee for a service contract that can be customized to fit specific needs of the site. Service
contracts can cover parts and labor, tech support, travel and specific response times.
• Service Contract customer service calls become first priority and are offered the following additional benefits:
o Loaner equipment with no rental charge, if needed,
o Replacement equipment readily available, if needed.
