CONTRACT 2772C AmendmentAgreement No. 2772C
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No. 2772 ("Agreement") is
made and entered into this 18th day of June 2025, by and between the CITY OF EL
SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of
California ("CITY"), and Wittman Enterprises, LLC a California Limited Liability Company
("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Agreement Section 19 (Modification of Agreement)„ Section 5
(Conipensation and Method of Payment) is amended to Ocrea,5e the compensation
payable by CITY to CONSULTANT k.) a not to exceed fisc;ad year 20214-25 limit of
595,000 based upon June 18, 2024 and June 17, 2025.
This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which
will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed o
the same date. In accordance with Government Code §16,5, the parties agree th
this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is
delivered by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in a
respects as having the same effect as an original signature. CONSULTANT
warrants that its signatory (or signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has t
legal authority to enter this Amendment and bind CONSULTANT accordingl�
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain the same.
