FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.6863 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
MOORE, IACAOFANO, GOLTSMAN, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") to Agreement No.. 6863 ("Agreement") is
made and entered into this 17th day of April 2025, by and between the CITY OF EL
SGUNDO, a general law, city and, municipal corporation existing under the laws of
California ("`CITY"), and Moore lacofano Go�ltsman„ Incorporated„ a C Corporation located
at 800 Hearst. Avenue, Berkeley, California ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as
follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 34 of the Agreement, Section 1 C is modified to read as follows:
"As additional consideration, CITY agrees to pay CONSULTANT a sum not to
exceed Seven Hundred Seventy-five thousand, Seven Hundred Three dollars
($775,703.00), with a City -authorized contingency amount of One hundred Twenty-
four thousand, Two hundred Ninety-seven dollars ($124„26.00) for
CONSULTANT's services. CITY may modify this amount as set forth below.
Unless otherwise specified by written amendment to this Agreement„ CITY will pay
this sum as specified in the attached Exhibit "A," which is incorporated by
reference."
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which
will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on
the same date. In accordance with Government Code §16.5, the parties agree that
this Amendment will be considered signed when the signature of a party is
delivered by electronic transmission. Such electronic signature will be treated in all
respects as having the same effect as an original signature. CONSULTANT
warrants that its signatory (or signatories, as applicable) to this Amendment has the
legal authority to enter this Amendment and bind CONSULTANT accordingly.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain the same.
